THE FIRM
ACI's vision began in 1979, when Bo Russ opened a one-man architecture studio in Largo, Florida. Designing senior living and healthcare projects, Bo quickly built a strong reputation within the senior living community and in 1983 Architectural Concepts, Inc. was born.
Since that time ACI has designed over 1000 mixed-use housing developments for senior residents, from assisted living and memory support facilities; skilled nursing and independent residences; to full-scale continuing care retirement communities. Our work has taken us to 46 states in the US and as far as New Zealand.
